Boekestijn Transport Service is looking for a Junior Data Entry Specialist to join our Fuel Control team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates eager to start their careers in an international company. In this role you will:

• Process and verify fuel transactions, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data;
• Maintain and update fuel databases, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards;
• Monitor fuel cards and fleet fueling activities to detect anomalies and prevent fraud;
• Communicate with drivers via phone calls to explain fueling rules and resolve any errors related to truck refueling procedures;
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Logistics or a related field;
• Comfortable using MS Excel and ready to develop advanced skills in data analysis and reporting;
• English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level;
• Exposure to working with data, either through studies, internships, or personal projects;
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when needed.
